Examination Rules for Students

To ensure fair and smooth conduct of examinations, all students must strictly follow the rules given below:

1. General Instructions :

   Students must be present in the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.

   Students should bring their admit card / ID card daily.

   Only required stationery is allowed in the examination hall.

2. Discipline in Examination Hall :

   Maintain complete silence during the examination.

   Follow the instructions given by invigilators at all times.

   Do not leave your seat without permission.

3. Prohibited Items :

   Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators (unless permitted), notes, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

   Possession of prohibited items will be treated as unfair means.

4. Writing the Examination :

   Write your name, class, section, roll number, and other details correctly on the answer sheet.

   Use only the permitted pen/pencil.

   Answers should be written neatly and clearly.

5. Unfair Means :

   Talking, copying, exchanging materials, or signaling during the examination is strictly forbidden.

   Any student found using unfair means will be disqualified and strict disciplinary action will be taken.

   No extra time will be given except in special cases approved by the school.

   Students must stop writing immediately when instructed.

7. Leaving the Examination Hall :

   Students are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the exam time is over.

   Answer sheets must be handed over to the invigilator before leaving.

8. Absenteeism :

   Absence without prior approval or medical reason may result in zero marks.

   Re-examination will be conducted only as per school policy.

9. Conduct After Examination :
